NOTIFICATION OF OFFICE CLOSURE

Due to relocation, I have decided to close my practice and I will no longer be able to provide your mental health treatment. ​

The last day I will see patients is 12/8/23. I will be available for scheduled appointments and refill requests until the closing date. If you are a current patient and need to schedule a final appointment, please call the office at 808-207-7550 or message through the Spruce app.

Your health and well-being are of utmost importance to me. I encourage you to choose another provider as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted care. Please contact me for a list of referrals. If you are in crisis, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
